Millennium Homes emphasizes on architecture and culture – the Spanish Colonial architecture that was found around many street corners in California. To keep the focus on detail and master craftsmanship, we only build seven to ten homes per year. “Each home is unique,” “We never build the same house twice.”
We don’t worry much anymore about missing the Spanish Colonial architecture we loved in California. With our attention to detail and ability to provide a unique, state-of-the-art home, we are bringing the old world Spanish style to El Paso.
Their showcase home, featured in the 2006 El Paso Parade of Homes, is all about the details. Custom floor mosaics, exposed rafter tails, wrought iron ornamentation and layered wall surfaces all help to create an authentic Spanish Colonial home. The stenciling on the walls and ceilings throughout the home really makes it special.
