This is what makes Clint and his home building company stand out.
Clint was born and raised in El Paso, attended Eastwood High School, then headed off to Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. Married to wife Amy with two children, Sydney Anne, 3, and Kaden James, 2, Clint has built 25 homes across El Paso with the same desire for communication in every one he builds.
“Communication with the customer is key to ensure that the end product is what they set out for,” Clint says. “I believe foremost in quality versus quantity when building a home.”
Clint has been building for five years, but had previous construction experience with Tabcon, Inc. where he completed government construction jobs nationwide. Many of his jobs included roofing, fencing and laying pavement. Palms West works to build custom homes that meet the desires and needs of clients, but many of the home styles have been considered a mix between Mediterranean and traditional. No matter what the style, this builder doesn’t leave out the details in the homes, many times incorporating murals and ironwork that provide a creative elegance. Other benefits of certain Palms West homes include hardwood flooring, Venetian-glazed ceilings, custom cabinetry and high-tech sound and theater systems. Clint also utilizes the space and the outdoors. With the nice climate in El Paso, Clint works to make the outdoors as comfortable as the indoors. Some features include outdoor cabanas, pools and spas, grills and balconies to take in the incredible views of the area.
Whatever the style of the home, or who Clint works with, he plans to be there from the beginning to the end, and beyond.
“Relationships built with customers over the years makes me unique as a builder,” Clint says. “I like to get to know our customers. Whether we are starting the building process from the ground-up or if they are purchasing an existing spec home, my customers feel confident building with me.”
